13th Anniversary Celebration

13th Anniversary: Celebrating Our Past, Inspiring Our Future

So ESS is celebrating 13 years in business today!

I still can’t believe I’ve been in business for this long. It has not been the easiest thing for us to do. There have been many difficult times along the way, and we’ve almost given up a few times, but my love of what I do and the incredible team I have behind me have kept me going. We are a growing company with a team of specialists who help our clients succeed by developing software, websites, and fully integrated digital experiences.

Success Over the Years:

Since our founding in 2009, technology and the way we operate and conduct business have evolved dramatically. Companies that have adapted and aligned themselves with emerging technologies have seen the most long-term success.

ESS is fortunate to have a group of forward-thinking individuals who value continuous learning and are always looking for new ways to innovate and get creative in assisting with the resolution of complex business issues using applications and technology. Although having an innovative team is important, it is only one component of a successful web development company.

Building Long-Term Relationships with Our Clients

Our Managing Director, Naveen Kumar Verma, said it perfectly. He discussed how, despite the fact that so much has changed in the industry over the years, some things have remained constant and continue to be critical to ESS’s success. Providing excellent customer service, listening to customers’ needs, assisting them in making decisions about what they can do with technology, and determining how we can collaborate with them to achieve their objectives.

Our priority has always been to listen to our client’s needs in order to help them solve complex issues within their businesses — and ultimately, our success is measured by the success of our clients.

A Celebrating Moment

We had a small gathering complete with a cake-cutting ceremony and some enjoyable activities. Older employees shared their ups and downs. New employees discussed how their experience differed from that of their previous employer. As a result, we had many memorable moments.
